The Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Purchase Plan for Nokia Corporation ADSs is open to individual investors and provides the opportunity for participants to make frequent investments in Nokia ADSs. Nokia is a company incorporated in Finland whose ADSs trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol NOK.
Highlights of the Plan
Nokia ADSs represent Nokia shares, nominal value EUR 0.06, of Nokia Corporation, a company incorporated in Finland. Nokia Corporation American Depositary Shares are issued through Citibank, N.A., as Depositary, and are traded in the United States on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol 'NOK' (CUSIP Number 654902204)
- Shareholders of record can open an account at any time.
- New investors can open an account by making a minimum initial investment by check (minimum $250) or by automatic account deductions (minimum $50 for at least 5 consecutive months) to purchase American Depositary Shares (ADSs).
- Participants can make frequent investments to purchase additional ADSs (minimum investment of $50) by check or automatic deduction from a designated US bank account.
- Participants can elect to have automatic deductions either on the 1st or 15th day of each month, or both.
- Participants can reinvest dividends in full or in part, or receive cash dividend payments electronically or by check.
- Participants can deposit certificates for safekeeping through the Program.
- Participants can instruct all or a portion of their account holdings to be sold or withdrawn.
- There are modest service charges and brokerage commissions for transactions.
