Voting by Internet

Voting by Internet allows registered holders (that is, holders in whose name the ADRs are registered) to vote on company proposals via the internet. Traditionally, company proposals were voted upon at Annual Meetings and/or Extraordinary Meetings.

To know if your company offers Internet voting, please check the voting card that was mailed to you. Your voting card will list the options available for you to vote your ADRs.

To proceed, please have your voting card on hand. You will need to provide the control number that is listed on the card. The control number is required for telephone and Internet voting.
